At Together, we want you and your pet to love your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not right—we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns work:

 


 

✅ What qualifies for a return:

We accept free returns or replacements within 14 days of purchase for:

  • 🐶 Damaged or defective items
  • 📦 Wrong item(s) or quantity received

📸 Photos of the item are required to start the return process—just so we can fix things quickly and accurately.

 


 

🚫 What doesn’t qualify:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • 💭 Items you no longer want (like color, fabric, or style preference)
  • 🙈 “Oops, I changed my mind” moments (aka buyer’s remorse)

 


 

📦 Return requirements:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

A Few Things to Keep in Mind 💡

  • 🏷️ All sale items are final sale—no refunds
  • 🧼 Returned items must be clean, unused, and in original packaging
  • 🌍 We currently do not accept returns on international orders
  • 🔁 For returns not due to product issues, a 15% restocking fee will apply

 


 

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If Package Protection wasn’t added at checkout, we sadly can’t be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. 🕵️

 


 

🛑 Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem—just email us within 12 hours of ordering.

Once an order is packed and shipped, it can’t be cancelled. We move fast around here. ✈️
